I love cooking
Due to my training at the Maritim I was able to acquire a vast knowledge and, above all, the joy of doing my job. My special thanks go to Jörg Michael, chef de cuisine, and Jörg Windorf, chef de partie. Right from the start I was trained in a variety of positions and had to assume the responsibilities that came with them.
My method of working is team and service orientated.
I have plenty of interests: I like playing basketball, surfing and snowboarding, going to the movies and spending my time with friends. I love to travel and I intend to see a lot of our beautiful world.
